Hi, may be a silly question but normally when i have upgraded in the past the new plan starts within 12-24 hours. Has this changed or is does it start when the phone arrives?

i upgraded my contract on the 23/11 and still have no tracking order number.

does it usually take this long to get one?

It was a iphone 15 pro max 256gb in blue
