    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me, after 2 months of phone calls and issues after getting a new phone, which was faulty, the second was also faulty so a different phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how long should it take to get a refund of over payments and when should the bill on the app show the correct information?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im really fed up with EE and the way we have been treated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did make an upfront payment for the phones and then returned the phones?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the EE app show your account is in credit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
