I have 30% friends and family discount. Can anyone tell me please whether it just applies to the SIM card charge or the entire package I cludi g phone? Thanks

Yes, unless you buy the phone on flexpay terms when the discount is only on the airtime element.

I'm fairly sure Friends & Family is only now applicable on Flexpay, where it applies to the airtime element only.

A relative who has F&F was recently advised by EE Upgrades that they had to move to Flexpay in order to retain the discount.
