    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i took out my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with EE back in March i paid the extra to upgrade any time im looking at going to Iphone 15 Pro Max and i can upgrade for £100 the price difference is around £2 which isnt a bank breaker.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 months ago my phone was replaced by Domestic and General as i broke the screen i gave EE the new IMEI when i got my replacement as i didnt want it to mess around with any of my upgrading process which i was told it takes a few weeks to update on the system this was 4 months ago and its still showing up as a Unknown device and im worried if i upgrade they will send this back to me saying its not the same phone i was given when i signed up with EE how can i get this sorted&lt;/P&gt;</description>
