I would now like to clarify a discrepancy between what I agreed to on the call and signed on Lightico, and what my EE portal is currently displaying. Is there a way to retrieve a copy of the document that was signed on the Lightico site and displayed at the end of the upgrade process on the call? I've followed the instructions on the Lightico link to resend a link to my device, but I have not received one.</P><P>Any help would be appreciated.
