is anyone else having problems trying to add products to your contact?

Hey 👋 if your having difficulties I would call CS via 150 and check if your account is eligible for the add to plan or if there is any further information they may require.

Add To Plan lets you buy new products and spread the cost across your pay monthly EE contract over 11 months, with no fees or interest.

You can add up to 3 Add to Plan accessories within the first 17 months of your 24 Pay Monthly plan.This is not available on SIM Only.

EE will supply you with fixed sum credit for the purchase of an accessory (subject to credit checks and other factors) on the basis that you’re a Pay Monthly customer.
