Open the my EE app and click manage make sure your on your watch account and then scroll down to view your plan details and click it. You’ll see when you started this contract and when its minimum term date is. You can upgrade 45 days from that minimum term date

Welcome to the community.

Is your watch on contract with us? Did you take it out at the same time as your phone, for the same length of time?
