Upgrade offer not available due to price increases

So I got sent a text saying I can upgrade for no fee and without trading my phone in if I go on a plan that is the same or higher than the one I am on. My plan is the £101 iPhone plan but because of price increases it has gone up to £126ish so there are now no plans that I can move to.
so I have been sent an offer I can’t use because of these price increases.
I have been with EE for years, and for most of that have been on top plans. Surely there is something that can be done to honour the off that has been sent to me?

Out of interest, how far into your minimum term are you?
