      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many years ago, most call allowances were for a finite quantity of minutes, unlimited calls &amp;amp; texts is now pretty standard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "include the call allowance in the contract"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
