Transfer of ownership

Hi,

Me and my wife got a sim-only contract for 2 years last week of October. We are on the same contract that she was named on it. and we wanted to separate contract bills for NHS discount purpose.

1. can we able to do that?
2. after splitting the contract, can we use the NHS code for a discount?

@jm0511 These are separate contracts but they are on the same account. You can apply a discount to the relevant number and you have 30 days from taking out the contract to call customer services to have the discount applied to that contract/number, Just a note, you can only apply one discount per tariff, so if her tariff has a discount on it from EE then you cannot apply the NHS discount to it or you could apply the NHS discount to it and have the discount that might be applied to it removed.
