Hi, I really wanted to show my appreciation towards the EE CSR who assisted me today with my billing query.

Whilst I did get a message for feedback, this is about how likely I am to recommend EE to friends or family and I don't think this does justice to how exemplary the support I received was. Jan went above and beyond for me and I'm extremely grateful for her assistance.

What is the best way to relay this feedback in a meaningful way?
