&lt;P&gt;Are you a contract customer or pay as you go?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If contract, have you reached your minimum term?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can set up a spend cap either via the EE App or by logging in to your account via the website. On the app, you &amp;nbsp;can either click on the icon top right or at the bottom, where it says manage and then click on check settings, where you can set up a spend cap.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is pay as you go, just do not use the SIM cards, or speak to customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
