so I’m back on to EE now and you are right it was my broad band that these numbers were added too, I’m now trying to find out if extra charges were incurred.

Hi Jenn, I know this is a bit late from your original question, but I’ve had the same thing, I found out from EE there were 2 unknown landlines and an unknown mobile added to my account without my knowledge, EE have removed them but will not give me the numbers or tell me how they were added they say it’s data protection, I questioned this as it MY account but they still won’t tell me.
I have been having loads of problems with with call dropping out both incoming and outgoing and have had passwords and log in details changed on my apps. Have you had similar?
I don’t know if I’ve had extra charges that will be my next question to EE.

You'd be paying for that. Did you not notice you were receiving separate BB bills?

Hi. You should take this to a consumer rights regulator. Firstly, if I were you, I would speak to a free advisors in your local area. Google your local Citizens Advice Bureau, they can help you.

It sounds like the EE person/s that told you that is walking maybe inadvertently all over your consumer rights.

I won't be surprised if eventually EE refunds you for the overpayments they cause you and even apologize. But I suspect only if you involve a consumer rights regulator.

Best of luck and let us k ow how you got on.

I do have broadband from EE they told me these numbers were added to my mobile account. I’ve had masses of problems with my phone for 2 years. I’ve been a customer of EE for 15 years without any prior problems.
I believe these numbers to be malicious and connected to harassment I have been having for the past 2 years from new neighbours who have been trying to bully me off of my property which is a small holding.
I have explained the whole situation to EE and that I would need these numbers as evidence for the police to add to a harassment case. As mentioned EE are refusing to give me the numbers, and tell me when and how they were added to my account.
I am not exaggerating when I say I have been through 2 years of hell at the hands of these thugs, I could write a book on the awful things they have done to me.
How can EE tell me they can’t give me these numbers because of data protection when they are on my account? I don’t know if there have been extra charges, I need to find that out.
I am unwell from all the stress and have to deal with so much like the police and council reports and hadn’t been on the ball checking my phone bill, just too much else going on.
I asked EE if the police got in touch with them would they give them the numbers and was just told data protection again.
I’ve also had my WiFi hacked into, my emails, on line medical stuff and many of my phone apps have had log in details changed.
Having these numbers to give to the police would prove who has been doing all of this.
Does anyone know who I would need to contact at EE to make a formal complaint please?
Thank you for your suggestion of seeking legal advice, I’ve been trying since all of the harassment began to get a solicitor but unless I pay thousands up front which I don’t have.
Sent from my iPhone

I don't understand this. You can only have 1 landline on a BB contract. if you have 2 landlines you must have 2 separate BB connections.

Are you talking about nos. actually on your a/c as if they are owned by you & paying for their contracts OR just outgoing nos. listed that you are supposed to have called from your phone?

It's a bit of a stretch for your malicious neighbours nos. to be added to your MyEE a/c.

No these numbers are nothing to do with me they were added to my EE account and registered as users.
I’ve also had all of my passwords hacked and changed, log ins changed, I’ve had a cyber security chap here the last couple of days he says the hacking was done by someone who could pick up my WiFi signal as I live in the middle of nowhere there is very unlikely anyone else that it could be, we have records of log ins on a Mac computer throughout my stuff.
I’ve also had my security cameras interfered with remotely and have had to install a 24/7 camera in my vehicle after having things done to that as well, so I’m afraid it is not far stretched at all.
I am in contact with the police and still waiting on EE to produce the numbers.
EE say because they removed them they no longer have access to tell me what they are, I call total BS on that, there is always a ‘paper’ trail they will have evidence of the numbers that were connected to my account by a third party somewhere.
Sent from my iPhone
