Told them about issue with misses phone sounds like under water. She dropped it couple of times. Speak to them today saying got pay £200 and £30 upfront fee to upgrade anytime. None of this was put forward to me yesterday not saying any issue with the phone that we got pay more.to cover cost of a new phone. I'm very disappointed in ee.
