&lt;P&gt;This sounds like the charge is from Apple for example possibly extra storage/ringtones that you may have purchased. Have you cancelled the Apple subscription?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I left EE last December 2022 as had a new Samsung phone , been paying apple.com bill.since 79 p a month then went up to 99p a month,&amp;nbsp; I have just cancelled the direct debit, as thought would just stop straight away , could I request a refund from January 2023 payments,&amp;nbsp; thankyou&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
