topic Old contract finished - started new contract but waiting for phone question in Contracts & Billing

So like many others I’m still waiting for my iPhone 15PM, my issue is that I upgraded when my last contract was paid off to avoid essentially paying for a handset that had already been paid off. As I’ve not received the new phone yet and I’m told my new contract won’t start until it is dispatched, when I pay my bill this month I’ll still be paying for my handset that I have already paid off (essentially the whole reason I upgraded was to avoid this). What is my recourse if and when this happens? Will the bill be refunded onto my new bill or will I only pay the difference (between old and new bills)?

I shouldn’t have to pay the full price as the delay is through no fault of mine and as most I should just pay for line rental this month?

Hi @BadWolf21

Welcome to the community.

The plan will change to the new one once the phone has been dispatched. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team about your contract and bills.
