I am logged into MyEE and the only option it offers me is to pay my bill, but not the amount due?

Are you looking to make a payment larger than the last bill. Or is it just not showing you how much is due in total?

This company are rubbish I just want to view my bill and all I get is upgrades I will be leaving at the end of my contract

You can view your bills in the Bills and Payments section of your My EE account.

Is it your EE mobile or home broadband bill you are trying view?

Have you got access to your My EE account?

It’s my mobile bill. I have my EE and there is nowhere on either the app or website that gives me an option to just view my bill.

Hi @parkinson_ali.

When you log in to the app there should be a box at the top left hand side of the page saying 'Bills & payments' if this is not showing I would recommend giving us a call.

Really bad customer service, charging for a service but not providing a bill is unacceptable.

That link does not work. When you try to access billing t takes you to a different area of EE, invites you to add your phone number then tells you it isn't an EE one then defaults you to the main website which has no billing information. Your systems need a complete overhaul so they give users what they should have - access to their own bills. Suggesting using an app is not helpful when you are trying to find, download and print bills.

When logged in to your My EE account please select 'Bills & payments' this will show all of your EE bills.

Have you ever been able to view your bills within your online account?
