topic Confused in Contracts & Billing

I have tried to order a contract, but due to the employment field needs to be filled. I am a disabled non working individual who doesn't have the option too select to put university, retired, working or other. I would assume disabled would be categorised as 'other'. I cannot leave the employment field empty as it is mandatory to select an option. I feel singled out to pursue that opportunity too apply for a contract. I assume that the new world doesn't want to give contracts too disabled non working individuals like myself...

Hi @DominicMcCoid

Welcome to the community.

I would suggest selecting the 'other' option. I'm really sorry that you feel left out, but being disabled would definitely not rule you out of being eligible for a contract. We have services, plans and products designed with disabled customers in mind. If you need some help ordering, I recommend speaking to our sales team on 0800 956 6000.
