my contrac is monthly £21 and they said that month we charge u £10 but now isee my bank statement was £14.90 can u explain that to me

@Asifkhan2525 No we can not as this isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and we have no idea what you’re on about let alone have access to your EE account. You’ll have to speak with customer services about this. 150 from your device.

It's probably the month in advance for the current billing period + the days since you joined before your 1st bill.
