      <title>Poor customer service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;bought a sim 4gee wifi , the signal is poor in our area and there is no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I call ee on the phone &amp;nbsp;to cancel the contract the customer service told me that my contract is cancelled and I don’t need to oay any pence because I was in the cooling off period&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they didn’t cancel the contract and take money from my account. Today I called the customer service and they told me that they don’t have any record of calls that I have asked for cancellation. They also told &amp;nbsp;me to go er store &amp;nbsp;when I get to ee they said I have to call to ee . This is ee and this is my todays experience.&lt;BR /&gt;I have four contacts with ee and I will cancel all those . I am very disappointed with today call with ee&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
