Hi, I wanted to find out how I can terminate the contract on the 1.8.2023 because I am going back to the Czech Republic?

@Skrabal You need to call customer service in order to terminate the contract. You need to give 30 days notice to terminate so do this 30 days before you leave the UK. If you’re still within your contract period ie your contract, hasn’t reached its minimum term on that date. You’ll have to pay off the remaining term of the contract.

Why do I need to call a call centre and waste my life when I was able to set up my account online without speaking to someone? Sounds like a shoddy business practice
