We are having the same issue with my som. He was told in store he could cancel with no charges before 6months now they say its a 2 year contract

Does the paperwork state 24 months?

He rang EE and they said it doesn’t matter what the store said its a 24 month contract. Ive been with them for years. But slowly swapping all my numbers to other networks now, they are not as good as they advertise

They told him they are not bothered what the store said its a 24 month contract. Think I am going to give the a ring before putting in a complaint about the store
