Hi - the link you provide, Chris, doesn't seem to have this option (to change my home address).

To update your address in My EE, please select your mobile plan from the plans and subscriptions tab.

Hi James - there seem to be a problem with this and the board users are asking me to change their addresses (and the engine send me their new addresses via email). Looks like the board information / explanations to new users are inadequate, so this needs some user journey work 😉

If turned on in your community settings, you'll receive notifications when someone posts in a conversation you've also posted in.

That particular post wasn't directed to you and has been removed by a moderator as it included personal information.

Have you tried changing your address in the EE App? It's under settings and permissions > change billing address.
