Hi I upgraded my phone 2months ago and as I know Samsung do promotions every month. I upgraded from ee but didn't get my promotion pack

What can I do to claim it?

I bought it on 23rd of auguest and I think the offer was phone cover with
pen,watch or adapter and something couldn't remember

Was the 23rd your pre order date?

The only offer from EE was from the 29/9 -30/10
