Flex pay repayments

Apologies if this has been asked before.

With flex pay, if some months I wanted to pay a little more in for the phone, can I do so? So say I’m paying £25 a month, but one month I have a little extra cash on hand, can I then top up my re payment for that month? Thank you.

You can pay extra on the phone. However you will need to call EE on 150 to make extra payments towards the device.

As I've got the Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra on Flexi Pay and will only allow you to pay the standard monthly fee on it and not any more.

Does FlexPay set direct debit? As I did not get any info about that? Thanks

Hi @BamboRambo

This should have set the direct debit for you, to check you can view the details in your My EE once the plan has changed and Flex Pay has been added.
