I have a F&F30% code off my friend who works for BT. The hope was to get 30% off handset and airtime in 1. But doesn’t look like this is available as the only option is flex pay, which only discounts airtime.

I will be classed as a new customer as moving from BT. Anyone had this issue and managed to resolve? I have read codes can’t be given over the phone and the website is only showing the flex options.
