    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did an upgrade to the new fold 5 back in early August.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received handset, decided to return. Got a dpd track ref told all would revert to previous plan 7 to 10 days after return and deposit would be returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today 27th September text to say I've been moved to a new plan (the upgrade one I cancelled)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No refund, on the wrong plan and tracking confirms delivered to them mid August&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried calling, haven't got up to am hour to get through..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not happy, been a customer for years&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
