Received a text message from EE saying I've moved but I haven't. Tried the link in text message but it doesn't work. Is this a scam? Can't seem to talk to a human on EE.

Thanks for replying. The text message was sent from same number that text me earlier that day informing me of my EE phone bill.

I went to my local EE shop who said contact customer services.

Tried calling but can't seem to talk to a human. My contract ends soon and going back to my old network so not going to worry about it.
