@Liya2 do you want to take your phone number with you ? If you do you need a PAC code to give to your new provider. You can get this via text. Just text PAC to 65075. You have 30 days to use that code after that you’ll need a new code. If you don’t want to keep your number you need a STAC code, you get this via text . Text STAC to 75075. Give that code to your new network provider. Alternatively, call customer services and give 30 days notice of termination. if you’re still within your contract term, you will need to pay off that contract to the minimum term date, and you will receive a 4% discount on that remaining cost.
