      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4050430"&gt;@Liya2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; do you want to take your phone number with you ? &amp;nbsp;If you do you need a PAC code to give to your new provider. &amp;nbsp;You can get this via text. &amp;nbsp; Just text PAC to 65075. &amp;nbsp;You have 30 days to use that code after that you’ll need a new code. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you don’t want to keep your number you need a STAC code, you get this via text . Text STAC to 75075. &amp;nbsp;Give that code to your new network provider. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Alternatively, call customer services and give 30 days notice of termination. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if you’re still within your contract term, you will need to pay off that contract to the minimum term date, and you will receive a 4% discount on that remaining cost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
