Hello,

where and how do I apply the discount code to my account?
the link on the discount page where I received the code just sends me to a generic EE page

You need to register on the EE Perk portal to get access to your discounts.

Once we have the code, where can we enter it to receive the discount?

Hi @Neiljones1999

You can enter the code on the benefits page, you would enter this in the 'got a gift voucher' section when ordering a new contract or upgrading online.

So if we have existing accounts we cannot apply the discount codes?

Thanks for coming here.

If you have taken out a new contract or upgraded in the last 30 days to an eligible plan, our mobile guides can help apply the codes if you call 150.

If you have had the contracts longer than 30 days you would need to add the codes the next time you upgrade.
