      <description>&lt;P&gt;To add, and to phrase Xray's reply differently, if you do nothing - nothing changes and your mobile service &amp;amp; bills will continue as they are now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no compulsion to upgrade phones unless you want to - another option is to convert your device-based plan into a SIM-only plan thus reducing your monthly cost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
