How do I view my bill when my husband is the contract holder

Can you see an option to download your bill in the bills and payments tab of the My EE app?

No as my ex husband is the contract holder

Hi @Hector85,

Only one person can be registered as the bill payer in My EE.

You can arrange an account transfer by calling 150. You will have to run through a credit check and the account holder will need to call up to authorise the transfer.
