Hi I need to set up a direct debit for four phones and also need to change payment dates. I also owe money which I would like to pay in 3 weeks time can you please help me.

You can setup your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit. but you can't change anything until you are up-to-date with your payments.

Welcome to the community.

You can set up a Direct Debit and change your payment date in the Bills & Payments section of your My EE account.
