Hiya I am struggling to pay for my phone bill my mental health isn’t the best to call but would like to know if anyone could help me to pay half of my phone bill.

Do you think you'd be able to call our Mobile Care team, even if it's just to pass the security on the account? If there's someone you would like to nominate to call on your behalf, you'd be able to set that up.
