@Luciana7 : You can change your payment date under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

Hi @rajanblessy1994

If you're on a pay monthly contract, you can manage your Direct Debit in your My EE account. Cancelling your Direct Debit will not stop your monthly plan though, just the payment.

Hi I’ve tried to change my direct debit to my new pay day but it isn’t allowing me . My new job pays the last day of the month .

If you are unable to change your payment date please give us a call on 150.

@Hodoabdi : You probably can't set your payment date to the 30th or 31st because of the shortness of Feb. Choosing the 1 instead.
