End of contract

Hi, my contract ends on the 23rd of this month, I paid on the 15th of this month. I’m porting my number over on the 22nd and it says I’ll have about £5 to pay for ending early. Does this mean the payment on the 15th will be refunded and then £5 taken off it? Since bills are paid in advance?

any help appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

You will see your final bill with details on your final payment around one week after your plan finished or after you have received confirmation you have left the network.

The bill will have a credit for any line rental paid in advance that you didn't use (because you closed your account).
