Hi Team I called today to request that you collect on the 29th September same as last month as by presenting on the 26th is unacceptable due to insufficient funds till 28th month! I was told I could delay payment but there would be an additional charge? Why as my account has always been conducted on time and the one occasion I make a request you are saying it takes 30 days? Please confirm that you will honour my request thanks

We are unable to look into delaying your payment here on the community due to not have the access.

I would recommend getting back in touch so the team can look into this for you.

If a payment is late, there can be late payment fees applied.
