Want to upgrade without phone swap...!?

I am wanting to upgrade but it will only let me do phone swap, which is not what i want to do.

I want to give my other phone to a family member. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I am eligible for an upgrade.

However is only showing phone swap, but I have never done that before and i want to keep my current phone to pass to a family member. How can i upgrade normally?

I am having the same problem I want to upgrade and keep my old phone. I've sent Upgrade to 150 and they text back good news you are ready to upgrade
