hi I recently went to upgrade my phone I had 10 months left so was going to buy out the reming contract to allow an upgrade. but upon going through the upgrades I was told this...Nice! Get a deal on your upgrade

We've removed your early upgrade fees on selected plans. You can upgrade 297 days early, you just need to spend the same (or more) monthly.

so I upgraded and wasn't asked to pay my upgrade fee is this correct in saying I don't have any grade fee ?

Yes, if you chose one of the selected plans, the upgrade fee will be waived.

okay that’s great thanks. when will the app update when new contract info and when shall i receive any more emails about it?

They will not process your order.

Have you been given Order Number starting with 002 or 003 ?

It was a system glitch.
