&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your bills can be found within the Bills &amp;amp; Payments section of your My EE account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There should be a drop down under 'Your bill' which will allow you to choose later bills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Should you continue to scroll down you will see the option to download your bill this will then allow you to print your bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would think so wouldn’t you. But no the billing / see bills/ your bill drop down menu magically vanishes. &amp;nbsp;Leaving those of us who need or want to see our final bill left in a limbo of “keep trying”. &amp;nbsp;Contacting ee is of no use either because neither love nor money will elicit a final bill virtual or physical from ee. While I hate to be a conspiracy theorist it’s starting to feel like ee punishing any customer for having the audacity to find their service so bad that we end up leaving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is sent is a simple final amount with the suggestion that you can view the actual final bill on the website. However as I said previously account and billing options miraculously vanish leaving access impossible. Phoning ee has no effect because although the help line personnel can view my bill they cannot send out a complete copy. So sorry but no your response doesn’t really help any more than the website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told that my final bill would be posted by now but it is well overdue. I cannot click the 'account and billing' tab and it dissapear and a new page comes up. the call wait times are 2 hours and there is no other method of communication. I need to show proof of my cancellation charge but it seem that having been a loyal customer for over 8 years this basic payment information is too much to ask.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you also tried using a different web browser or device to see if this does the trick?&lt;/P&gt;
