On the phone I agreed to a replacement phone, which I was told would be sent within 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However my confirmation email states that I should book a phone repair. Should I wait and see if I hear from DPD who I was told would arrange drop off and pick-up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
