Hi can someone please help me i paid 420.00 in my EE payment account by mistake it should have only been 25.00 pounds can you please send me back the 395.00 back to my card as it's my rent money I've been ill and my minds not right lately please can you send it back asap because this has really upset me and sanctry housing is waiting for there rent please help me with this I don't know what to do can you ring me please as its urgent thankyou xxxxxxxxxxx

You'll need to call CS to get it refunded.
