topic Price match in Contracts & Billing

Hi,

I am a customer of ee for mobile and broadband and I have been for many years with no worries.

However I am looking at upgrading to a new device, and ee are wanting £44 per month for the device only (Google Pixel 7) on a 36 month contract, yet Carphone Wearhouse are offering me the same device and terms with ID mobile for £28.99 per month on a 24 month contract with the new pixel buds included in this price.

I was wondering if ee would do a price match?

Thankyou.

@Maxine33 EE don’t not price match. You could try calling and see what they can offer but I very much doubt it will be that low. Your comparing a MVNO network to a Network operator the NVNO network doesn’t have its own network to maintain so they tend to be cheaper anyway.

ID Mobile are an MVNO (piggyback operator) who use 3's network.

Make sure that 3's coverage and service are satisfactory for you, in the areas you'll want to use your phone. It's always better to have any coverage-shock issues before you make any decisions that you can't back out of.
