MRS and Multi line discount

I currently have 3 lines, 1 with MRS discount, one with Multi line discount and one that is out of plan rolling monthly.

I want to take out another SIM then cancel the out of plan line and was wondering if that will have Multi Line discount applied to it?

If you want to keep the no. you should upgrade the contract that is rolling monthly, not just get a new SIM & cancel it.
