    <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my last bill on July 23rd of £131 I upgraded on the 3rd of august and a new bill is 1 payment of £56 and 2nd payment of £23 both due on the 23rd of every month. When I go to pay my new bill it says that the 1st payment of £56 has already been paid and now have to pay the reaming £23, I haven’t made a payment for the 1st bill and have no receipt of paying it. Is this an error or could I possibly be on credit? If so, how do I check. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1161040"&gt;@Kiaselway23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You pay pro rata for contracts so it’s very possible that your £131 bill payment covers part of your new upgrade phone &amp;nbsp;bill. &amp;nbsp; I would give customer services a call to check as there is no access to your account from here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
