Scam phone call

Today I was called by EE in theory offering me reduction on my bill to £21 I'm presuming this was a scam

What else did the caller offer? Did they ask for any personal details? Most importantly, what number was the call from?

Please report the call by texting CALL followed by the number to 7726.
