If you are still within your minimum term, you would have to pay the rest of your contract off first, then choose a different monthly package.

If you have reached the minimum term or are 45 days before the end of your minimum term, then you can discuss your options with customer service.

Hi I both new phone for my dauther 3weeks ago on contract was that I will be paying 52£ And today I've bean charged 100£

Welcome to the community.

Did you add her phone to your account? If so, you're likely to have a pro rata period from the time in which you took the contract out, until the next bill date. Then, a charge for the month in advance as usual.

@41Lagoon41 you can not lower your contact price unless you’re in your upgrade period.

@41Lagoon41 , you can always ring customer service and speak to them, but if you have not reached your minimum term, then you cannot change your plan without paying your remaining plan off.
