How long do returns take?

I sent a parcel back last week 27/08 and still haven’t heard anything , now I’m worried they haven’t received it and I’m going to start to be charged for something I don’t have. Has anyone one else ever returned via post and how long did it take ?

@Keera2186 Just to check you did call customer services to arrange the return and you didn’t just post this back ?

Hiya , I didn’t know I had to call ?!?! . I followed what it said online , which was fill out the form and post to the address ??

@Keera2186 providing you gave all the relevant information and posted everything back that you needed to with the device. Then you’re going to have to wait until EE process that return. This can take up to 2 weeks
