Historical itemised bills

Hi,

I need to get a copy of the call history going back a few months for one of my numbers but I don't have itemised billing. I've never needed it before and I'll probably never need it again, it's just a one-off requirement.

Is there any way of retrieving this information?

Hi @borednow,

Sorry, it isn't possible to itemise historic bills if your weren't paying for itemised billing during that period.

You could submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.
