      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1997210"&gt;@charles2804&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you had upgraded than you retain your number but if you have taken out a new contract, then you’re going to need to call customer services so you can terminate your old contract. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You’ll need to get a pac code so you can move your number to a different network so then you can move it back to your new lines.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
